Platform Rules & User Agreement

1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the bbr44 website accessible at bbr44.io and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, games, and services provided thereunder.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an account with bbr44 and is authorised to access the Platform's services.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a Player upon successful registration with bbr44.
• "Funds" means any real-money balance held within a Player's account, whether deposited directly or credited as bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any amount credited to a Player's account as part of a promotional offer, welcome bonus, reload offer, or other incentive programme operated by bbr44.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or other available product offered through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount of eligible wagers that must be completed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the currency in which all financial transactions on the Platform are denominated.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Minimum Age. The bbr44 platform is strictly available to individuals who are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. bbr44 reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the minimum age requirement cannot be verified to the Platform's satisfaction.

2.2 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. The opening of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. bbr44 reserves the right to void all bets, forfeit all balances, and permanently close any accounts found to be in breach of this rule.

2.3 Accurate Information. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. bbr44 is not liable for any consequences arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

2.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions. The Platform is directed at players in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. bbr44 makes no representation that the services are lawful or appropriate in all locations.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you formally notify bbr44 of any breach of security.

3.2 Suspected Unauthorised Access. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the bbr44 support team via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected] immediately. bbr44 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the account pending investigation.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC). bbr44 may at any time require a Player to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may include submission of a government-issued national identification document, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Accounts may be restricted from withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. bbr44 reserves the right to close unverified accounts and return any uninvested funds where permitted.

3.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. bbr44 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances in accordance with its current dormant account policy, which will be communicated to the registered email address prior to any deduction.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bbr44 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. All transactions are denominated in BDT (৳).

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the account. There is no maximum deposit limit, however, large deposits may be subject to enhanced due-diligence review.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are ordinarily credited to the Player's account within minutes of a confirmed transaction. Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside bbr44's control, including mobile network issues or gateway maintenance. bbr44 does not charge deposit fees, however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. To be eligible for a withdrawal, a Player must have completed the KYC verification process and must have fulfilled all applicable wagering requirements associated with any active bonus. Withdrawal requests made while bonus funds are active and wagering requirements remain incomplete may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing. bbr44 aims to process withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad without unnecessary delay. Processing times may vary depending on the volume of requests and the Player's chosen withdrawal method. bbr44 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time.

4.6 Same-Method Withdrawal Policy. Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent financial fraud and money-laundering. Where the original payment method is unavailable, bbr44 may request alternative documentation before processing the withdrawal to an alternative method.

4.7 Currency. All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). bbr44 does not operate multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required by your payment provider is your sole responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and special offers provided by bbr44 are subject to the specific terms published on the Offers / Promotions page at the time of the offer, as well as to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real funds. The applicable multiplier for each promotion is published on the promotion detail page. Wagers on certain game types (e.g., low house-edge table games) may contribute at a reduced rate toward the Wagering Requirement, as specified per promotion.

5.3 One Bonus Per Player. bbr44 operates a one-active-bonus-per-account policy. Players may not stack or combine multiple bonus offers unless a specific promotion explicitly permits it. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously across linked accounts constitutes prohibited conduct under Clause 8 of these Terms.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. All Bonus Funds carry an expiry period from the date of credit. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to an incomplete Wagering Requirement at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically. The specific expiry period for each offer is stated in the relevant promotion terms.

5.5 Withdrawal of Real Funds While Bonus Is Active. If a Player requests a withdrawal of real funds while a bonus with an incomplete Wagering Requirement is active in the account, bbr44 reserves the right to remove the bonus and any winnings derived from bonus play prior to processing the withdrawal.

5.6 Abuse of Promotions. bbr44 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus credited to an account where the Platform reasonably believes the Player has engaged in abusive bonus activity, including but not limited to: exploitation of system errors, use of automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, or coordinated play across multiple accounts to maximise bonus value.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the bbr44 platform are subject to acceptance by the Platform. bbr44 reserves the right to decline any wager, set maximum stake limits, or limit the number of open bets held by any individual account at any time, without being required to provide a reason.

6.2 Bet Settlement. Bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body for the event in question (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL matches, ICC for international fixtures). In the event of any ambiguity regarding the official result, bbr44's determination shall be final, subject to the dispute procedure set out in Clause 6.5.

6.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the Player's account in the following circumstances: the event to which the bet relates is cancelled or abandoned; the event is postponed and not rescheduled within a period specified in the relevant sport's betting rules; a manifest pricing error occurred at the time the bet was placed; or any other circumstance identified in the sport-specific rules published on the Platform.

6.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid change. Once a wager has been confirmed by the Platform, it is binding. bbr44 cannot reverse confirmed in-play bets on the grounds that the Player believes the odds were incorrect at the time of placement, unless a manifest error is demonstrably proven.

6.5 Disputes. Any dispute regarding bet settlement must be raised with bbr44's support team within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event result being published. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. bbr44's decision following investigation of a dispute shall be final and binding.

7 Casino Games

7.1 Fair Play. All casino games available on bbr44 — including slots, live dealer games (Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack), and crash games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are operated by licensed live dealer studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play. The integrity of game outcomes is not controlled by bbr44.

7.2 Technical Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, game freeze, disconnection, or any error in a casino game that prevents normal completion of a round, bbr44's decision on the outcome of the affected round shall be final. bbr44 will endeavour to resolve technical issues promptly but accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7.3 Maximum Win Limits. Certain casino games and bonus-linked play may be subject to a maximum win cap. Where a maximum win cap applies to a promotion or game, it will be disclosed in the relevant promotion terms or game information page. Winnings exceeding the published cap may be reduced to the cap amount at bbr44's discretion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the bbr44 platform:

• Opening, operating, or using more than one registered account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using the Platform if under 21 years of age, or allowing any person under 21 years of age to access your account;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any bet or casino game;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any third-party software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for normal human play;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in the Platform — any such errors must be reported to [email protected] immediately upon discovery;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or security infrastructure;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any member of bbr44's staff or support team.

Confirmed violations of this clause will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required.

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership. All content on the bbr44 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of bbr44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited Licence. bbr44 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform.

9.3 Third-Party Content. Certain game content displayed on the Platform is provided under licence from third-party game studios (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming). All rights in such content remain with the respective owners.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbr44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.2 bbr44's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 bbr44 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, free of errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Players access the Platform at their own risk.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit bbr44's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data

11.1 bbr44 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 bbr44 may share Player data with third-party payment processors, identity-verification providers, and fraud-prevention services where necessary to operate the Platform securely. bbr44 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11.3 All data transmissions between your device and the bbr44 platform are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. While bbr44 employs industry-standard security measures, no online transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and you acknowledge this inherent risk.

12 Responsible Gaming

12.1 bbr44 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming environment. The Platform offers a range of player-protection tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Players are encouraged to use these tools to maintain control of their gaming activity.

Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly and, once confirmed, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period chosen.

13 Termination

13.1 Closure by Player. You may close your bbr44 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of pending withdrawal requests) will be returned to your registered payment method, provided that all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no terms violation is under investigation.

13.2 Suspension or Closure by bbr44. bbr44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; receipt of a legally valid instruction from a regulatory or law-enforcement authority; or any other circumstance that bbr44, in its reasonable judgement, considers to necessitate account action.

13.3 Effect of Closure. Upon closure of an account — whether by the Player or by bbr44 — all pending bonus funds and incomplete wagering requirements are immediately forfeited. Real-money balances will be handled in accordance with Clause 13.1, subject to any applicable investigation or legal hold.

14 Amendments to These Terms

14.1 bbr44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via notice on the Platform or, where appropriate, by email to the address registered on the account, no fewer than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

14.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Clause 13.1.

14.3 The version of these Terms published on the Platform at the time of any dispute shall be the version that governs that dispute, unless the dispute relates to events that occurred prior to the effective date of the most recent amendment, in which case the version in force at the time of those events shall apply.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

15.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the general principles of contract law recognised in the jurisdiction in which bbr44 operates.

15.2 bbr44 makes no representation that the Platform's services are appropriate or legally available in all jurisdictions. Players are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws applicable to their use of the Platform.

15.3 Any dispute between bbr44 and a Player that cannot be resolved through bbr44's internal dispute-resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration shall be English. Both parties agree that arbitration is the exclusive remedy for such disputes.
